Do you have a minimum spend?
Our full service design package begins at $4,000. If you are planning a more intimate/elopement style wedding that does not require full service (delivery, set-up, etc) please send us an e-mail to discuss À la Carte wedding floral options.
Are consultations free?
Once we confirm availability we offer a free one-hour consultation with our full-service design package. We will discuss details for your upcoming wedding, including your design style, colour palettes, and overall wedding aesthetic. Consultations are typically done virtually, but local in-person meeting can be arranged.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is a challenging component of being a florist and we do need to be compensated for our time. Delivery rates are calculated based on a percentage of your total bill and milage.
How can I secure my wedding date?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve and secure your wedding date.
Once we meet, how long does it take to receive a quote?
Customized quotes can take up to 2 weeks to receive.
Can I make adjustments once I sign my contract?
Once the contract is signed, you can make adjustments providing the quote does not decrease more than 30%. In addition, all potential adjustments must be made and finalized 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
What can I do to prepare for my consultation
We love a good Pinterest board! It gives us a great starting point to discuss colour palettes, design style, and floral pieces you want to include in your big day. Think about pinning bridal bouquets, centrepieces, and any large wedding installations you are drawn to aesthetically.
